The sun the best source of Vitamin D.

When your skin is exposed to sunlight, it makes vitamin D from cholesterol. The sun's ultraviolet B (UVB) rays hit cholesterol in the skin cells, providing the energy for vitamin D synthesis to occur. Vitamin D has many roles in the body and is essential for optimal health 🌱.

But also be careful, remember to always use your sunscreen 🧴.

sunscreen protects your skin from the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays, which come in two forms – UVA and UVB rays. UVA rays are most commonly associated with skin aging; these beams cause fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots that make skin look prematurely older.

But still, you need at least 10-15 mins ⏰.

So get a workout 🏋🏻‍♀️ in outdoors, breathe in some good air, relax your mind & get your vitamin D 😉!
